When choosing to have a birthday party celebration at Brandon Crossroads our staff will work hard to make sure your celebration provides you with many pleasant memories. Please review the following information to make certain that you understand how we would like us to organize your party.
Ø Your first step is to contact our Event Director and put down a $10.00 non-refundable
deposit per lane reserved. You will be responsible to pay the full party price for all lanes
that you have reserved. The deposit will be applied to your final tab on the day of the party.
We accept Master Card, Visa or cash as payment. We also have an ATM available. We are
sorry but we cannot accept personal checks.
Ø Each lane that you have reserved includes the following:
o One hour and twenty minutes of bowling (approx 2 Games) Bowling Shoes, Bowling Balls & Bumpers if needed. Plus one hour of additional party time for eating and opening presents.
o One Large 14-inch one Topping Pizza Per Lane (8 Slices)
one Large Pitcher of Soda ( 60 oz).
A Scoop of Ice Cream Per Birthday Bowling Guest.(6 per lane)
All Paper products including Table Cloths
You May Bring Theme Paper Products if You Wish
For The Honored Birthday Person
(1)Real Life Bowling Pin for All Guest to Sign
(with a 2 Lane minimum)
NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE IS ALLOWED
Additional food and beverages may be purchased and added to your party tab. Please notify the party host as soon as possible so it can be prepared in a timely manner.
Ø One lane will accommodate 4 to 6 bowlers. If you are going to have additional guests attending, the party area will most likely not be able to accommodate them adequately. Space at and behind each lane is limited in seating capacity. Please take this into consideration when reserving the number of lanes for your party.
Ø You will have a party host assigned to assist you with your party when you arrive. They are not necessarily exclusive to your party depending on the size of your group. The party host is expected to perform the following services for you during the party.
o Answer any questions and handle any special requests that you may have during your party.
o Assist in setting up your party table per your instructions. Standard paper plates, cups, spoons, forks and napkins are provided. You may bring in themed settings if you would like. Confetti,Silly String,Glitter is not permitted. Help enter names in the scoring units and activate bumpers for children as requested.
o Assist with getting the proper bowling shoes and balls for the participants.
o Handle any difficulties that you may have with the bowling machinery during bowling.
o Deliver food and beverages to the party tables.
o Clean up the party area at the completion of the party.
PLEASE NOTE: Gratuity for the host is not included in the price of your party and is appreciated if they do a good job.
Ø It is best if you arrive about 15 minutes prior to the start of your party and to let your guests know that they should arrive about 10 minutes prior. Your party will begin at on time and you will enjoy 1 hour and 20 minutes of glow in the dark “cosmic” or classic bowling. Your pizza and soda will be served after your bowling time has been completed.
o PLEASE NOTE: Additional food and beverages may be ordered from your party host at your discretion. You are welcome to bring in your own birthday cake (don’t forget to bring a serving knife and candles). No other food or beverages may be brought into the center.
At the conclusion of bowling, your party will move from the bowling circles onto the concourse area where you will have your party table set up for eating cake, ice cream and opening presents.
Ø IMPORTANT: It is necessary that you and your guests vacate the bowling area and
tables when the party concludes as other guests will be reserved on the same
lane shortly after this time and will expect the lanes to be clean and ready on time.
